Havard Heights is a Historic Preservation Zoned (HPOZ) neighborhood within the City of Los Angeles. It is a small sized, high density, urban neighborhood bordered by Pico Boulevard to the North, (10) Freeway to the South, Western Avenue to the West and Normandie Avenue to the East. It is also located 2 miles West of Downtown Los Angeles.
The neighborhood received its HPOZ designation in 2000 and is a urban community with commercial and high density residential but also has some architectural two-story Craftsman-style residences from the early 1900s.
